“I attended several of Tom's training programs. His course designs had the right mix of content delivery, behavior practice, and interpersonal relationship building. His careful observations of team behavior were communicated back to the team clearly, to identify behaviors to change and drive staff to practice new skills. Tom's good humor and respectful attitude kept motivation high.”
