With over 20 years experience as a communications leader, Joanne excels at working with diverse groups, identifying key stakeholder concerns, and translating these across a wide range of leadership communication styles. She has mentored executives on results-driven communication, resulting in more polished, consistent, and effective presentations and conversations.

During her ten years as a human resources leader, Joanne led recruitment, designed corporate communications, and increased workplace engagement for Maximus BC, a Canadian company. She has since spent over 20 years designing, marketing, and managing all aspects of international trainings focused on leadership presence, mindset management, and navigating change. Her custom-designed curriculum helps leaders manage mindset, refine emotional intelligence, and enhance leadership presence. As a coach, Joanne engages client’s creativity to influence listeners, solve complex projects, and achieve targeted results.

Joanne is certified by the International Coach Federation (ICF) from her work with the Solution-Focused Training Program at Erikson College, and holds a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Royal Roads University.

Joanne is currently authoring her first book on teaching leadership, communication, and change.
